This does come up with monotonous regularity ... Its pretty impossible to roleplay without a fairly good
command of the English language unfortunately, and extremely frustrating for those involved.
From an administrative point of view, I will re-iterate once again ... We need to be able to communicate
with ALL players in English, at ALL TIMES ... If we can't, then there is a chance that no answer will be taken
as being ignored, and that can mean instant sanction. We do not have the luxury of the time to find people
to run through half a dozen different languages. English it is I'm afraid ... Rules and all.

That's not actually correct, in Star Trek they all speak the same language because they have an universal translator installed inside the ear and on every ship or station, it automatically translate most languages, making the impression of all the universe speaking the same lang, also sometime it does not work for too complex languages or malfunctions. Unfortunately there is not something like that in the real world, for now...
I however do see the need of having english as requirement, just wanted to make a precisation about Trek (I love it).
