"Violators, who also have viewing access, are to pay the compensation to Rheinland.Criminal.DB and note the success of the transaction on their respective channel or by direct contacting the Rheinland Federal Police."
Guten Tag,
In accordance with these instructions, Bowex makes the following payments as required, and agreed upon by Our Majesty's Government:
Payment for Bowex fines for those crazy indies, as made from the Bowex flagship, the Bowex)Victoria.I
Also, I received notice from the Captain of the Bonny Lass of payment as well, as no doubt your own system has also received that notification. Please note that the "BES" has been removed from the name of the vessel as the recently passed corporate Article 7, subparagraph 5 renders this designation redundant.
Although we ask now that the Bonny Lass be removed from the Database, we do NOT ask the same of those indies. Our corporate policy requires that they take responsibilty for their own fines, even though we just paid them in the interest of seeing the Peace Treaty go through. Stick it to them gentlemen! Basically, you double your money.
Have a good day. If there are any problems, feel free to contact me.

Sehr geehrter Herr Montgomery,
please let me thank you for contacting the Rheinland Bundespolizei in that matter.
Our criminal database administrator informed me about the successful receiving of this payment.
This criminal entries will be removed as soon as possible.
Let me also inform you there were a bit more criminals with Borderwold papers caught, during the last Rheinland-Bretonia conflict.
I would like to bring the following violators to your attention:
The AVS//avsit for violating article 2 §2.1., §2.1.4.2., §2.4.1. and §2.5.2. As result of it, the fine will be 9.000.000 sc.
The SEPCOPS_BLADE_RUNNER for violating article 2 §2.1.4.2., §2.4.1., §2.5.2. and article 8 §2. As result of it, the fine will be 9.000.000 sc.
So the addional payment for these violators would be 18.000.000 sc.
The Database administrator informed me also, you've increased the aforementioned payment by 500.000 sc. This will be deduct from the addional fine.
So you only have to transfer 17.500.000 sc to the [color=#33CC00]Rheinland.Criminal.DB and the above listed entries will also be removed.
To avoid such entries in the future and to decrease our and your paperwork, I would recommend you use the friendly remote to ship system access protocoll (FR2SSAP). It should be installed on all ships according to the sirius standard.

The actions taken here by the Rheinland Federal Polizei are in direct violation of the treaty agreement drafted and agreed upon by myself and Representative Erich Teufel of your Bundestag.
The Bretonian War Cabinet demands the immediate refunding of the additional credits charged to Border World Exports, and that all future attempts to fine a Bretonian corporation be sent to the War Cabinet directly.
Failure to do so will be seen as Rheinland's refusal to abide by the terms of the agreement she made with our nation, and said agreement will be considered nullified by Bretonia, which will include the nullification of our open trade agreement.

TO: Ms Hunter
Guten Tag,
My name is Erich Teufel. I'm sure you remember me.
Rheinland has reviewed the agreement negotiated and signed by both Bretonia and Rheinland. We have found no breaches of the formal agreement issued between our two nations. Diplomats might have given you a different version while the treaty was in review, but the SIGNED treaty was clearly not violated.
' Wrote:
6. Bowex will pay any and all outstanding fines to Rheinland.
Seeing as these violations were dated from august the third, they fall under the treaty's jurisdiction.
Despite your blatant harsh language and your lack of foresight in reading the signed treaty between our two nations, Rheinland will see fit to give you the blessing of mercy and refund this paltry sum of money amounting to nickles and dimes between nations. This action will be the last time Rheinland demonstrates its willingness to end this conflict by gestures of good faith. Frau Hunter, do not count on this blessing again.
And Rheinland was kind,
Representative for the Rheinland Bundestag, Erich Teufel

I am pleased to see that you have reconsidered the fine placed, representative.
On the matter of the legitimacy of the fine, at the time of the treaty, the outstanding fines did not include those placed by the Federal Police. These fines were placed after the outstanding fines were paid, as dictated by the treaty, and as such were not authorized by the treaty's terms.
Thank you for your cooperation Mr. Teufal.
