Such are the misfortunate consequences of xenophobia, lack of integrity and forsaking fundamental human rights.

Over the course of the last years, ever since Emperor Kogen acended to the throne, our relations steadily deteriorated - in no small part due to the emperor's personality. What is more, Hogosha activity intensified and the utter inaction of what at the time seemed to be Kusari's law-enforcement agences led to the conclusion, that the de-facto criminal elements inside Kusari (that is Hogosha and the FA) have actually taken over the policy-making of the Kusari government.

Thus, it brings me no pleasure to say, that a former ally of mine has turned into a mafia state. Such are the reasons for the discontinuation of our recognition for the present Kusari government and resulting hostilities.
