• While sitting in my office this evening having a nice cup of coffee after a long day of work, I noticed some shots fired; Both at a Naval Officer, and again at our base, Baltimore Shipyard.
  
  Not only did you put that Naval Officers life at risk, every single employee and pilot on our station could have been harmed if it had got out of control.
  
  Cutting to the chase, I am looking for an explanation for your hostile actions today, who the FE| are and your intentions are towards liberty and Deep Space Engineering. I expect this on my desk within the week.
