I am sure you are aware that there is some “disturbances” ongoing in this area.
Our cost projections have shown that it will be more cost effective to have your company take on the role of supplying this outpost while Samura ships attend to other matters.
As such I am forwarding this offer to you in the hopes you will accept.
This will be a two phase operation as discussed, only phase one will be addressed right now.

My apologies for the lack of communication, Kazuya-san. It seems recently I've been pressed into politics, which I find significantly more time consuming than business, and much less rewarding.

The terms you've set down are acceptable by the Board. We can have all the supplies delivered without incident, I'm sure. Supply drops will begin September 1st, and at the very latest, will be completed by the end of the month. As this isn't a recurring contract set, I don't see any sense in establishing a new channel on the OSI network, so we'll report deliveries back here once completed.

Once you are ready, we can hash out details for the second phase.

Phase two has been approved for implemention and as such you are now free to proceed with fulfilling this part of the contract.
The refugees you will be looking for on Holman Outpost for transportation are easy to identify.
They will all be male, of Kusari citizenship, aged between ninteen and thirty years of age.

The rest will be pretty strait forward.

One Ryuujin class Heavy Transport from Yokohama Shipyard, New Tokyo.
