I request accommodations for myself and several companions aboard your Freeport. In addition to docking berths for approximately six personal vessels of single occupancy size, we wish to rent sleeping quarters for the same number of individuals, and a large, bare room that is at least 180 square meters in size, and that possesses power hookups to the station's reactor and links to the station's communications array. We shall require these accommodations for a single 24 hour period, commencing in 4 days from this transmission. If necessary, we will complete the retrofit of a suitable room, by our own cost and labor.
We offer to remunerate Freeport XI with the delivery of various supplies, or a more directly liquid financial transaction, at your discretion.
