Sehr geehrte Frau Weiss,
I am contacting you about the trade embargo between Rheinland and Liberty.
I am afraid that I have accidentally broken it today by delivering 4980 units of H-Fuel to Freeport 2 while coming from sigma-13. I would like to apologize for it and would like to know if there would be anything I could do to be forgiven.
I want you to know that it was not my intention to break the Rheinland embargo. As a matter of fact, I was not aware of the change in the Rheinland Laws concerning the Zoners supplying their stations. In the past, Zoners were allowed to transport legal commodities through the Rheinland border in order to resupply their bases. like Freeport 2. Also, Omicroners have an authorization to transport and trade human organs inside Rheinland. This, to say that it is not our intention to smuggle goods nor to break Rheinland Laws. We have some economic interests in Rheinland and we want to keep good relation with Rheinland.
As a sign of my good will, find here the exchange of transmissions I had with a pilot in the Bering system near Freeport 2.
Finally, like zoners use to say in the omega: "it is our duty to help zoners when possible", so I would like to discuss about an agreement letting zoners resupply Freeport 2. Maybe this is not inside the jurisdiction of the Rheinland Federal Police, in that case could you refer me to the right person to discuss about that subject?
I will wait for your answer and I thank you in advance for your attention.
Mit freundlichen Grüssen,
Dankien Moebus

Sehr geehrter Herr Moebus,
I regret to inform you Weiss was declared as missed in action some weeks ago.
But where have I lost my manners...
My name is Carl Becker and I'm the new Inspekteur of the Bundespolizei.
Vell, let me see, what I can do for you.
As you're aware, the officer was right and no zoner is allowed to pass the borders with cargo.
The "neutrality" of the Freeport is a good explanation for the reason:
Rheinland respects the neutrality attempt of each Zoner group, but at the end the actions count.
In result of the zoner diplomacy, Freeport 2 is trading with Liberty and Rheinland. But there were several violators of the liberty embargo in the last months, who managed to get through it and docked at Freeport 2; covered by the Non-Fire-Zone and out of Rheinlands jurisdiction.
As if this isn't enough, libertonian warships uses the Freeport as safe harbor to refill, also covered by the NFZ. And you may guess where the most commodities for their refill came from...
There are also enough criminals in Rheinland, who are equipped with zoner weaponry. On point more for stopping the supply routes to Freeport 2.
But this is a bit out of our area of responsibility. I recommend you contact the Rheinwehr or the Rheinland Bundestag regarding this matter.
As for the embargo break itself: According to Rheinland laws, there has to be a fine for violating the embargo. The amount depends on the size of the cargo hold. In your case, it is [color=#FF9900]5.000.000 sc and should be transfered to the [color=#33CC00]RFP|Arsenal.
For your "authorization to transport and trade human organs inside Rheinland": This isn't true. Maybe you didn't got the message of the Bundestag, but this licensed is declared as void and was revoked.
Here you'll find a copy of the message: Copy

Sehr geehrte Herr Becker,
Thank you for your comprehension and your rapid answer.
You will find here my payment for the fine:
When you mentioned Frau Weiss, did you mean she died?
I understand your fear regarding Freeport 2. I think this matter should be handled by the current administrator of the station and the Rheinland authorities. I will try to manage a meeting between the interested parties to solve that issue.
It's also true that the quality of the zoners technology management has been considerably weaken since the Zoners Alliance has disbanded. I deplore that but I see no solution in a near future.
I am surprised our license for human organs was revoked. But anyway, thank you again for this useful information. I guess I will need to contact the Rheinland Bundestag to learn more about that.
Note, that despite the situation, it is a pleasure to meet you.
Mit freundlichen Grüssen,
Dankien Moebus

ps: it was not an Rheinland officer, but a Libertonian pilot flying a freighter.
