Dear No-Matters-Who-You-Are-As-Long-As-You-Listen-Me,
I'd like to know a bit better about your policy towards disguised criminals/pirates/murderers/many-less-friendly-words you call the Hogosha.
I'm an ordinary trader trying to earn money to live, ad the "official" criminals like the corsairs, the outcasts and affiliates are already enough without those you consider as "ordinary Kusarian citizens". As far as I know, any act such as :
- disrupting the trade lanes ;
- asking money and/or cargo from the traders ;
- killing the traders if they don't comply
... is considered as piracy. The Hogosha do any of this and are not treated as ordinary criminals. You'll probably require some evidences ; I could try to travel to Kusari again and I'll have enough guncams to write an illustrated encyclopedy. I was pirated two times in less than five minutes.
Do what you want with this message. But letting those criminals continue to act freely would be a prove of weakness. If nothing is done I'll personnally take measures. Mercenaries are not difficult to hire.
first of all, i think you don`t know what it means to be angry. Trust me. And then, where are your manners? No name, no name of a Comapny you are working for and a "No-Matters-Who-You-Are-As-Long-As-You-Listen-Me" ? But i guess this is a normal attitude for a Gaijin. So i am not surprised.
Now let us talk about your aspersions. You call the Hogosha`s criminals and murders? They are honorable citizens of Kusari. They do know really good what is the best for Kusari and its people. You send us this message without any evidence. Only unrespectful greetings, an insult and a threat in the end. Kusari is not weak nor do we need baka Mercenaries to do the work of our well trained Police Officers.
The only thing you are right about is the fact that you are an ordinary Trader. What did you do for Kusari in the past? Or the comapny you are working for? *angry* Not that much i guess.
When Kusari is too dangerous for you, you should maybe think about a contract with Samura. Bring the goods to a Station at our borders and a well armored Samura vessel do the "dangerous" journey through Kusari. *coughs*
Angry Trader, Our policy on criminals is the same as any other House: they are arrested and taken to trial. Those few that elude court are listed as criminals: detained if possible, or shot on sight.
Whilst it is true that some few citizens of Kusari wander from the path, the majority of Hogosha families are law-abiding. I am sorry that you were apparently a victim of crime, but you insult the honour of upstanding Hogosha when you make generalisations, even in angst. You would do well not to slander the names of all Hogosha members.
If you have a crime to report please submit your identity and any evidence on this channel and the State Police will deal with the matter as they see fit.
Kusari space is as dangerous as the rest of the galaxy: there is wisdom in, as you say, hiring 'mercs'; any escort is advisable within the limits of the law.
May the Emperors light reach you,

Kusari Naval Forces.
Damn. I forgot to close the channel to your faction too. I forgot they were as criminals as the Hogoshas.
I own you no apology for my bahaviour, since I think it's justified. I didn't give you my name because it wouldn't change anything, and because as an independant I work for no company particularly.
You demanded me what I did for Kusari in the past. Trading. I think this is enough. Doing that, even as an independant I work for your economy. I guess it's not forced to do more to claim beeing protected by the laws. The laws should be the same to anyone, no matters the house they come from (except Bretonia but that's another story). And what I see in your space is :
- Abusive restrictions and insults against "gaigins" (in generalisations you're strong too).
- Criminals like Hogoshas (and AFA) flying freely with the benediction of the authorities.
You can accuse me of generalisation, but each time I saw a hogosha (or a member of the AFA) in space, it was for piracy. Don't give me lessons about this. Nobody has forgotten the "generalisation" Kusari made against junkers and the genocide that followed. I'm not part of them, but in this matter I agree with them.
Don't take the time to respond ; I'll class your next transmissions as spam, like I should have done with any criminal.

To Shōshō Takahashi:
I got the answer I needed. So you consider most of the Hogoshas as good Kusarian Citizens. Even if I've never seen one of them who had never pirated - sorry : requested a forced fee for the wellfare of Kusari and killed the trader if he refused - in his life. You want evidences? Good. Next time I travel to Kusari I'll bring you the illustrated encyclopedy I promised you. And you'll probably change your opinions about those criminals. You'll have my identity too, but I seriously doubt it will change anything, except that I'll have more and more criminals in my back.
I'll follow your laws, even if many of them are excessively restrictive and treating "gaigins" as subhumans. But if nothing is still done, my first words stand. I'll give a generous bounty on the heads of those inviduals. I prefer spending my money in this sense rather than in completely illegal (but ignored) fines.
