Greetings Guildmasters,
As most of you already probably know, I am the operational leader of the Red Hessian Army. I myself am personally tasked with ensuring that our operations will not be interfered with by forces the likes of the Outcasts and other sneaky powermongers like them. To this end, we are constantly in need of surveillance and special operations in areas that do not necessarily lie within the boundaries of our supply lines. Some of these needs can be accomplished through simple covert operations, others require a more blunt approach, and yet others require long term investments in a particular area. All of them need resourceful individuals who are first and foremost accustomed to the topography of the area they are operating in and the people and organisations that they will be dealing with.
The reason why I am telling you this, guildmasters, is that I want you to know the reason why the commanding officer of the Hessian Tears sent an application to your bounty board in the Tau systems. I also would ask you to accept it. The Hessian Tears, masquerading as a roaming band of mercenaries, will not only provide you with effective assistance against the Outcast menace but also actively help you with hands on defence of your mining operations from any pirates that might venture into the area. They will also keep a close eye on Outcast developments, which is something that all of us will benefit from in the future. In return, you will keep paying them your standard bounty board fees to keep the appearances up.
Of course, what you have read above is not information that we are happy spreading around to just anyone. I trust your secrecy. I also trust your reason. We have done enough for each other in the past to trust each other like this. I hope I have not been incorrect with placing this trust in you.

Salutations Herr Hoerst.
Your request was extensively discussed before I inform you about the decision of the Board. We cannot hide the fact that we are rather surprised by your request. The Independent Miners Guild always regarded the Red Hessians as one of its closest allies, therefore any thought about hiring Hessians to fight for us in the Taus looks at least obsurdly. The bonds between IMG and Red Hessians are much stronger and noble than the bonds of money.
If your Movement is need of financial support, we will gladly give a share of the money that our hard-working miners make. If your Movement is need of establishing connections with other inhabitants of the Taus, we will happily assist you. Considering the above, we were indeed surprised when the RHA Leader asks from IMG to hire a squadron of his. However, whichever reasoning behind this request might lie, we will not reject it as we are indeed true friends of the Red Hessians.
I am honest with you Herr Hoerst. IMG is in a precarious position in the Taus. Our close friends, Colonial Remnants and Temporary Autonomous Zoners actively oppose the Gallic advance while IMG does not have the luxury to give a fight and retreat. The mining fields are there and we have spilled lots of blood for many decades fighting the Maltese marauders. Considering the fact that the King already knows about our relationship with the Council and other Tau inhabitants, we cannot also be blamed for inviting more hostile groups in the Taus such as the Hessian Tears. Therefore, I should ask you to explicity focus on the Outcast menace, while operating there.
Furthermore, I feel it is my obligation to inform your pilots that the precense of aliens in the northern Taus is high. The Board has also approved to share the following document with you, as a token of friendship. Please keep this knowledge restricted to the upper echelons of RHA only.
To summarize, the squadron named "Hessian Tears" is registered in all the IMG Bounty Zones with the exception of the Omega Zone.
Docking codes are provided for the Falkland Base, a hidden IMG installation very close to the Outcast Home system. Hessian Tears are also allowed to dock in all IMG bases within Bretonian space since you are now "lawful" there. However, if that's not the case I am sure we can work something out. Docking codes are also granted for Planet Pecos' docking rings. You may use Freeport 4 as well, as long as the Liberty authorities remain unaware of your activities.

Danke schoen for your favourable answer.
I will forward your guidelines to the Hessian Tears: they will attempt to avoid all Gallian and other forces that could directly affect the IMG's status in the Tau systems. I will make sure they will restrict their docking to Falkland while operating in the Tau systems to minimise visibility.
I must say the document you've forwarded us has some interesting data. The premise of the Outcasts actively trying to pursue some kind of a twisted alliance with the alien threat is not a new thing to us, though it does surprise me just how careless they seem to have become about it. During the times of our first contact, none of us has ever suspected a thing. We'll be sure to send you any other data we recover on that front.
