Greetings:

It has been a while since we have seen any of you all in our neck of the woods. I do hope that this here don't take y'all by surprise. But, this ain't no "how ya doin?" message.

When we last spoke with one of yer pilots, they had asked us to keep an eye out fer anything strange. If'n you know what I mean. And we have.

While cleaning out one of the supply rooms looking for some more duct tape, We came across a sealed metal drum labelled (unreadable..power cell).

Now, while I am not one to hide from anything dangerous, this here canister felt a little warm..which is NOT normal. That things been in that supply room since before I became Commander!. No container I know of is supposed to be doing that! Of that I am sure.

So, If'n one of you would kindly contact me here so I can get rid of this thing. I will be glad to get it off of my station.

I have been meaning to contact you...but you got here first, so here's a surprise.We'll be
deploying several wings of fighters and bombers in Liberty space in the coming weeks, and
they'll be taking full advantage of xeno drink and mechanics.

And regarding your little problem...just keep it sealed and let no one near it. Shoot anyone
who tries to get to it. We'll be arranging transport for the thing, as it is valuable to us.

That sounds like a plan. I will have several jugs of "Mother's Finest" set aside at the Ouray Inn for us.

As for anyone getting near that container, be rest assured ain't no one gonna mess with it. You have my word.
