[Daerune]

The Resheph cruiser Black Dawn had infiltrated its way into Omicron eighty where it waited significantly higher then what was needed, its equipment disrupting the capability of it being detected, the cloaking device becoming the Cruisers prime energy draining. A special Sabre was but a few Meters away and the two had covered for some time.

"Are you going to come aboard or still run me through your tests." Nephilim knew that the one opposite him was digging for information and he was giving it, there wasn't much that their leaders didn't know about him, there was no point in lying so he didn't, how ever they continued to test him to what he guessed, trying to figure out what type of person he was.

[Emissary]

The Sabre docked. Black Dawn was a crewless vessel, save for it's only living soul onboard - it's "captain", Nephilim.

Anje walked slowly across the corridor from the hangar bay, slightly limping on her right leg. One of the GMG fighters chasing her through Omicron Eta has been lucky to hit her Sabre with a homing missile a moment before the shields came up back. Cardamine kept the pain off for the rest of the deadly chase, but soon enough it'll kick back once the anesthetic effect fades out. She glanced at the surroundings and sarcastically noted quietly: "Keeping the place tidy seem a problem even for a mighty Nephelim."

She stopped near one the walls for a moment, it still had old Order insignia painted on it. The Order had many changes over the years, not merely in ranks but also their insignia took several iterations as well. That one she recognized instantly. It was of the old fleet, built sometime after the dramatic events at Omicrons. The markings below it were supposed to be unique serial number, and she might have identified the production year and assemble shipyards, but it was missing some letters and numbers - the paint wore off. The ship clearly hasn't seen a good maintenance for years.

"You sure know how to make 'em nervous" - Anje turned slowly to Nephilim who stood at the other end of the corridor. "They even called up for some heavy guns to form a blockade around jumphole. Stirred up the anthill there. At least Corsairs took a day off or ran out of fuel at last."

[Daerune]

A man of about five nine stood with his arms folded, the mans amber colored eyes taking in her appearance as he was the first one to make the approach. It was true it'd not seen much love over the few years that he had it baring the marks of the Black Squadron and Order primary having jumped from Commander to Commodore it that simple transactions of fleets.

"I'm sure I even make my those who believe me their Allies nervous, though I suppose Doc knows how I operate enough to know better.."

His voice was calm as it ever was. Any emotion picked off from his expression was the same as his voice, the eyes not so much as dark and cold but hard and calculating with his paranoia constantly giving him doubts. He had no armor but he did have both his pistols on waist and clearly see-able the short-swords he carried everywhere.

"Do you enjoy testing peoples characters, or was it more for the fact of I knew of bits and bobs and you needed to make sure you knew my... position."

His last word dragged out a bit, not being sure that his wording was correct, although he was pretty sure he knew the answer, he liked to have no doubts, not often being the one questioned which he certainly didn't like.

"It was more of a curiosity." - Anje replied. "People say many things, as you do too."

She looked at the wall again for a moment.

"That's a Black Squadron insignia... I remember them. Your trophy probably has been built by Corsairs." - she nodded pointing to the broken panel on the opposite side, it had some wires falling from and signs of a crude and unfinished attempt to repair. "It ain't going to last much long on a makeshift patchwork though."

She turned back at Nephilim. Watching him, observing him, as if looking into him.

"Certainly you didn't invite me to look at all this, right?"

Nephilim never really saw her before, only heard before, rumors. All in all Anje seem was an ordinary Outcast, upon closer look he noticed she was missing a classic attribute: cardamine inhaler. Then there was something odd about her, the way she moved, eyes studying all the surroundings, and for a very brief moment they crossed with his, eye to eye contact, the very moment it was like a needle piercing into his brain, leaving a faint feeling of a headache for a few seconds. She was studying Nephilim, his way of talking, gestures, or rather lack thereof, she thought his behavior could be attributed to the seemingly asocial and nearly isolationist nature of reapers, at least in terms of what they had become, as she saw and thought of their 'exile'. The fact there was nobody else to greet her at landing, no living soul at hangar and apparently none elsewhere on the ship suggested her it was likely run by AI systems for most of the part.

When one tried to read him as the others would he was nothing but a wall or a void in space unreadable unlike most of the humans who were wide open in terms of the mind, his movements were well placed and careful to those with a trained eye and those without would only see the relaxed movements of a armored soldier who let their guard down supposedly.

"I wouldn't trust this ship if it was built by Corsairs, it was manufactured at Evora."

Looking towards the patch that still needed a seal away he smiled towards her. "Ah.. I've had to make a few repairs over the last few days after a little scuffle, this would still knock the socks of a Storta I have no doubt in her." He'd run his hand down the side of the wall in a respectful and affectionate manner as if to him the ship was a living thing.

"As for the last part, I offered you a little gift for your injury did I not?" He'd move back a little the way he came, not much checking to see if she followed though having expecting her to have done so just through repetition. He was studying her as well though he kept inwardly by nature and his rising he was shrewd keeping things to himself but giving out snips to keep people talking and interested for the most part.
