Bonne nuit!
As you may or may not be aware, I am Marine Franck, daughter of the Franck Family, of which is currently residing on Planet New Paris. I was sent out by my family to the border to oversee operation's of the esteemed Junker's. I truely wish that you will be provident in regards to my messege.
As I can understand the main role for myself right now is to gain intelligence on your own behalf. However, it is not truely clear of what you would like to have. So I am to ask you now of what particular intelligence you wish to gain?
I also would like to tell you that the Gallic Scrap Consortium of Gallic Junkers is of a defined loyality to the King, and that as such that it is recognised as so. I would also like to make sure that this information never leaks out in to the public. So I hope you will be able to reassure myself and my family.
Now, there is a few goods that are in question to which the Crown may require. However, the main one I wish to talk about is of Nucluer Devices for which we could use in the effort of the plans of the Crown. I wish that it is recognised that the Consortium may bring in these such devices in to Gallia. Another, being of Counterfeit Software, which has been of use to the Crowns plans. We can be sure that any faulty software will be taken to the Crowns enemies, whilst what is of value will be brought in to Gallia for the sole use of studying the software.
And lastly, to further help the Crown we have the vested interest of obtaining Military Vehicles, namely of Sirian construction or those that can be passed of as a up to date. The first, for the Crown's scientist's to study and the latter, to be given to the Council for which the Vehicles will actually be faulty by the time the Council recieve them. Which I also need confirmation by yourself so that we are not stopped in shipping these vehicles that are of use for the Crowns interests.
I await your response.
Comtesse Marine Franck

Over the past nine days, well, yes it is correct, nine days you have not made so much as a, "Yes, we shall look in to it and come back to you with specific objectives." A little said is far better than nothing said.
I hope that you will take it in true form and recognise those that wish to hinder your enemies, to get specific's that you specifically request, and bring various commodities that are likely of a very high interest to you.

[color=#3333FF]Comtesse Franck,
The delay of our answer is due to a technical problem. It appears that the Junker slang you speak was triggering the automatic translation device, giving illegible results.
As for your questions about intelligence. While it is true the Junkers have been a reliable source of information the past years, we no longer actively need your services. The newly formed Office of Naval Intelligence has been remarkably successful regarding military intelligence, and we have our own irreproachable and loyal agents for more sensitive matters. Of course, if you come across vital pieces of information, your duty to the Crown requires you contact us as soon as possible.
You are expressing concerns about the secrecy of your commitment. The Royal Family sees no reason for this to change, as long as your services are satisfactory.
We have no need of Sirian military vehicles or Nuclear devices; it is a well-known fact that Gallic engineering bests anything built in Sirius. Lastly, your offer of Counterfeit Software is surprising. The Crown will never agree to allow the delivery anything to its enemies, no matter how "faulty" it is. Such tactics are worthy of Maquisards.

Bonsoir Titouan Blois.
I apologize for the lateness of my response.
I do not however understand your meaning of slang. Maybe your translators are broken in the prentense that it was trying to translate a Sirian Junker communiquer instead of a receiving a Gallic Citizen communiquer. However, given this poor oversight on your own part I respectfully receive your given reply. Though some parts I wish to discuss further.
I note that you do not wish to exercise the rights of sabotage, of which it self is a very valid way of war. Please consider such operations, especially as such that the Council shares a variety of technology as ourselves, meaning of those like yourself whom are on the front line. Having such type of operations ongoing would increase the weaknesses of the Council with no lose of monetary funds on your own part, nor the Royal Families. It then also then decreases the lose of life in any future ground/ship boarding/Station boarding combat less risky to the Royal Navy personnel involved. To end this note I shall ask you this, Would you like to see a Council tank blow itself up when it tries to fire its main gun, that actually has the ability to destroy one of the Royalist tanks with just much ease as a loyalist tank would do to their own military vehicles, saving one precious round that can be put to better use against an installation or another military mobile target? Or, have to use more precious ammunition than you would like, in that the vehicle itself then limits its own operational time, due to the fact that it will need to re-arm more than if many of the Councils own tanks were to blow up just because we supplied them a tank that will blow up when it tries to fire it's weapon?
As a side note, comparing a well known warfaring tactic to the tactics of terror, is of much regard, an under sight. To which does lead me to question your education.
And to the sirius technology, I am no mere sirian fool who thinks that their technology is powerful, but it is a good understanding to research ones weaknesses to exploit them. It is one thing to have better technology against a weaker opponent and to have better technology against a weaker opponent to which you know all their weaknesses in technology. To finish this one off I shall simply say this, "It is better to know ones enemy, then not to know at all."
I shall leave this in your rather poor hands, shown by your regards to many statements of your own, and if you wish to reconsider do not hesitate to contact myself. If you are blinded by your lack of education then please do not reply to the above.
And lastly, you have made it clear you do not require the Consortium to perform any active intelligence operations, as you say that is no longer needed, I would then like to ask what does the Crown want of Gallic Junkers? Since you have kindly put it that we have no job. So what is our job in your eyes? Or maybe you have forgotten why the Crown founded the Junkers. To which it purely shows that you actually lack.
Anyway. Nice speaking with you.

Comtesse Franck,
I must warn you that any additional insulting or demeaning comment towards an agent of His Majesty will be met with force and will result in your imprisonment. I have a wing of loyal LT pilots ready to take off for Bourg-en-Bresse any minute. Furthermore, I will require a formal apology.
It is a good thing that the Junkers have not been trusted with higher responsibilities, seeing your lack of professionalism. Your military science is almost as disappointing as your diplomatic sense. We have no use for minor advantages such as sabotage and deceit. We are the Gallic Royal Navy, we crush our enemies with sheer strength and technological superiority.
If you really think we will find an use for Sirian Military Vehicles, bring a few of them on our stations, but do not expect to be payed more than what the stations quartermasters will give for them. That will probably not cover your expenses, but the thought of serving the Crown will bring you more comfort than a Neural Net account full of credits, I am sure.
About your last question, I shall give you the simplest of answers. A useless servant asks what can he do to serve his liege. A worthy servant already knows what to do, and gets to it without lingering.

Bonjour
I made no such insults, grow up and accept criterisim when it is given. And need I not remind you I am an Agent of His Majesty meaning that I am immune to such threats of imprisonment. Really does show your lack of education that. Such a sad thing.
I am not here for diplomacy. I am in this seat to organize intelligence operations. You show me that you wish no specific intelligence is required of me. So for that good bye.
So you do not wish to use tried and tested methods of war, and refer to them as an act of terror when in fact they are not "chuckles", I find that sad. O well, your own education demises a tool that you can use. "Chuckles" The Council are not inferior either, they use the exact same technology as you, if you cannot see that, then you are blind as well as a pure idiot.
And you are wrong, a worthy Liege asks what is required when the needs of them have been changed as you put it yourself, and not been shown what those new needs are. Such a child you are, such a child. If one is not told what is expected, then what are they to do, wonder around being a useless fool in a hall, or ask. Obviously the latter is your opinion. And the opinion of the village idiot.
I have nothing further to say you poorly educated man.

I don't think Colonel Blois needs you, or wants you, to say anything further. You seem to have a rather skewed perspective on how things work here in Gallia. First and foremost, my father and I decide who his agents are, and the Navy is the foremost of our agents. Those who insult its officers earn themselves nothing but a quick route to jail, as you have now done.
You fancy yourself a comtesse, but you obviously have no grasp on proper etiquette, which every noble child of Gallia is taught from a young age to observe, nor do you show the loyalty or respectfulness nobles are raised to exhibit. If you really are a member of the Franck family, which I doubt, your parents and siblings must be horrified by your behavior and the dishonor you've placed on their family name.
You were warned of the consequences of continuing your reprehensible behavior and yet you did it anyway. In case you forgot since your upbringing, we consider one person calling another person a "pure idiot" to be an insult here in Gallia. Which you would know if you were truly a Comtesse. Something I highly doubt. Not that it matters any longer, for if you were one, you no longer are. You've been stripped of that honor, and you are wanted for arrest. That leaves you with the choice of surrendering to our Naval or Police forces, or exile in Sirius. Resisting arrest will result in your death.
You are not an agent of mine, nor my father's, and you are most certainly not immune to his laws either.
This decision is not up for debate, and there is no way you can clear your name except through imprisonment or willing exile to Sirius. Further transmissions will not be read, or responded to.

Bonjour
Lets look at this. I noted that Monsoir Blois had called an actual tactic of war as a tactic of a terrorist group for which is not true, nor is that a tactic of terror a tactic of war. That shows a poor education, It also shows a poor education that one would take such critisism as an insult.
I also have some critisism for you madame, though I highly doubt that you will take it with a grain of salt as any respecting noble or Royal Family member would, but instead take it as an insult. That the reactions that have been conveyed by yourself and Monsoir Blois are very childish.
I will not be arrested nor will I leave Gallia Madame. Why because I can see that you and Monsoir Blios wish to make a farce out of something that you both show no understanding to. I will however continue to serve the Royal family to the best of my ability, and the agents of the Consortium will do the same. If we find anything of use to the Royal Family we will convey it to yourselves when such things arise, for what we believe to be of advantage. Obviously you might not see the information as an advantage as you clearly refuse to give specific tasks or requirements to the Consortium.
Good day, and good bye.

This is being sent as a reminder that all GSC ships have lost the rights to trade any goods within Gallic space until Mademoiselle Franck is apprehended. GSC ships breaking this order and found carrying goods inside Gallic space will be arrested as well, or destroyed if they resist or attempt to escape. One vessel has already attempted that. Any further incidents will cause us to rethink your Consortium's legal status.
