It is good to finally get to talk to you. The leadership of the corporation has stepped down a little under a week ago and I have taken David Mahone's place as the boss. I was looking over some files and one of them reminded me of your very selves and I could not remember why we are no longer under active trading and dealings so here I am, hoping to grow a new chapter of our very large book. I would like to discuss openly what our two very different sides of the fence could do for the other. I am interested in opening up a few trading contracts if you'll agree. I am also interested in laying down new rules and regulations to our respective craft such as docking rights and cargo movements. I await eagerly for a reply.

Guten tag.
While my records do show Interspace vessels exchanging goods with certain parts of the Red Hessian movement in the past, I have been informed by my peers that this is no longer desirable. Your shipping division has proven to be unreliable in the past, and in addition to that certain developments in the local political scene have made further contact too perilous for the future of the movement for the time being.
While we appreciate Liberty's banking sector's past support to the movement for the purpose of fighting the unjust Rheinland government, present needs require we put some distance between us. I am sure you will understand.
There may be a possibility of future endeavours should your company prove to be more reliable, and our political circumstances change.
[font=Comic Sans Ms] A reasonable response and one not entirely unexpected, given that the previous management of Interspace Commerce seemed hellbent on allowing our traditional ties to atrophy beyond the breaking point. Associations so atrophied that we seem to now wear the badge of serving simply as Liberty's banking sector, rather than a body of international security serving independent miner as readily as Universal shipper.
Grim news indeed.
Granted, as you sagely illuminate, the current political climate is hardly the same as whence our respective bodies initiate our association during the Hessian's fledgling days. Still, the core of our respective philosophies, outlooks and goals remain unchanged.
When the environment permits I'm sure that we'll be in contact again.
