NPC naming mistakes

I've seen a lot of Order NPCs in Alaska who have the first name "OPTION." It looks like someone misplaced some text in the Order NPC name list.

It's the VHFs around Alaska. All of them. Especially in missions. I can get specific screenshots when I'm free later, but it's pretty much every group of NPC ships.
