Subject: LN Gunboat in the hands of a Freelancer

Whilst parked at Norfolk shipyard I encountered an LN Gunboat flashing an LPI IFF. At first I assumed it was an LPI Guard vessle, but after further investigation I discovered this vessle isen't LPI or even Liberty Forces.

I confronted the captain with this information and he admited that he had asked for permission and haden't been givern a response yet. Giving him the benifit of the doubt I ordered him to dock on Norfolk Shipyard until he is granted (If he is granted) authorisation to use it.

Whether he is telling the truth about asking for permission or not only you would know.
I am simply informing you of what he has said and what he informed me.

I've attached the parts of the conversation, him co-operating and a scan of his vessle.
