To whom it may concern.
Due to the current situations that have been occurred between your Family and the Legionnaires, we have decided to revoke the docking permissions for both groups as long as the situation is still in progress.
Exceptions for the revoke of the docking permission apply for support ships such as trading vessels.
Whenever a solution or an end of this situation has been found all docking permissions will be returned to both groups.
Let's hope for a fast end of this situation.
Au revoir.
With the best regards,
Gustave Mazuret

Bonsoir...
You really dare to make a blockade for our supply vessels? Do you honestly think that would give us a reason to reverse our decision? Mon dieu... now it's getting too far, you are pulling on the tail of a Lion, mademoiselle.
I surely do not have to mention the consequences if I happen to find one of your vessels intercepting one of our supply ships. And what you just did was an threat that makes the whole situation just more worse and it's not getting better for you when you continue with this attitude.
Consider this as a warning. If I really find one of your vessels disrupting one of our supply vessels, then be aware that consequences will follow. They might even come right at the place of an event.
Don't give us a reason to turn against your family.

Bonjour General,
This is highly interesting and even a slight bit amusing.
You warn us, not to do anything against your supply lines, while you simply revoke our docking rights on your bases?
Every action brings a consequence, you should know this well.
You put us into a very difficult situation, but what are your reasons to do so? Did we harm our dear Council friends in any way?
We may have disagreements with the Legionaires, but why should this trouble you? We will not endanger your people or bases due to those if you do not force us to do it.
I would not trust these Legionaires, people that appeared out of the Royal Navys ranks. Can you be entirely sure that they cut all their ties to the Crown? I certainly cant, thats why our family does not trust them.
The Royals are waiting for a wrong decision of yours and you know that, I can only suggest you to turn your eyes on the important and irrevocable facts.
We did not harm you in any way, however the Legionaires, back when they still belonged to the Crown for sure did. Can you be sure that they will not do this again, maybe with the crown, or maybe with their new friends?
Oh, did they even tell you about their new friends yet? They seem to be people that definitely like the principle of slavery. I think this little guncam also shows perfectly well who took aggressive part in this conflict.
You should not forget who your real friends are my dear.
As soon as we are able to find shelter on your bases again, your supplies will not have to fear the sight of our ships on their scanners. As I told you, I do not like this approach, but you force us towards these drastic steps with your decision.
I hope that you realize who your real friends are General.

Bonjour monsieur Corse Famalia LaBarise.
Now, I must say that you have made both legitimate and non-legitimate points. As for les legionnaires' origin, I am a colonel in the Council Liberation Navy and I am a former Royal Navy pilot. I've seen the navy's true face once, and it was enough for me. So, as for whom they were, they fixed their ways in that matter.
HOWEVER, You do arise a quite large question regarding their... amis... allies, whatever they are. This is very troubling in our eyes, mostly given the fact that the very same friends are our enemies.
SO, I will tell you what: You will collect on them more evidence regarding their new friends, and our docking control officers to put docking permissions on automatic set "on" when you request to dock, and later forget about it in the logs.
So, you tell us about their new allies, we give you your docking rights back and everyone are happy.
