The housing reactors (wheel look things on the sides) gave it off, right?

I immediately saw the resemblance with a bike from an anime, I forgot the name of it. Lost children, thats one of Final Fantasy one , and the other one about a city of some sort, where the characters always ride bikes through the desert.
