NPC's with cruise disruptors - AAAAAAAARRRGGHH!

Just lost an entire 4500 load cos I got jumped by 9 Corsair NPC Titans (which, obviously, appeared right on top of me) who CD'd the living granny out of me.

Don't tell me they can't disrupt a Crane, cos they bloody well can.

How annoying is that?

Oh well, back to the drawing board.

I've heard a rumour that NPC's will not have cruise disruptors in .86, except from Guard NPC's.
