I have been banned

Hey,

I've made a Freelancer char with a Touketsu back in 4.85. When I wanted to load it today, the server booted me immedietely. After trying this a few times, it says my account got banned. Please, I did not do anyhting wrong.

What was on your Touketsu?

I have one and haven't touched it before the update and I managed to log in and launch into space without problem in 4.86. Perhaps this is a problem with other characters on your account. Best to wait and contact Cannon about it.

I already contacted Cannon and Gheis, no answer. Joe could not help me.
The Touketsu had nothing fancy. 3x Purple Goddess guns and 2x Debilitator turrets. Armor 8 etc.

I've had a similar problem with a Saishi of mine. It seems the model change of the Renzu Ships has caused a problem.

It also has 11 million worth of donations on it that I was saving up! As it is it just has some low-level weapons and a civilian ID.

Yeah but the real problem is, that I got banned for trying to load it! And I want to be unbanned. I have contacted several people already, but noone seems to help.

EDIT: It seems to have been a temporary ban. I can play on the account again. However, I will not try to load the char until it's been fixed.
