2. Can engage pirates & terrorists in Omicrons

While pirate is obvious and may be rather catastrophic in consequences (Corsairs). And who is terrorist? Anyone we deem as one? Or we should shoot ourselves because we are "terrorists" in house space?

3. Can freely engage Keepers, Wilde, Core etc.

We can't do this outside Omicrons then? We have to wait for Keepers to actualy engage us first? This require fixing.

Furthermore Order still list Corsairs and Hogosha as allies which is no longer truth. I know that ID may have been rushed to fit into 4.86 release and it may not be thought well but at some point it will need to be fixed.

I have to agree it is totally wierd wording.

I mean... Keeps are actively... engauged... by..-everyone-.. and i mean -everywhere-.


Was this a.. word crafting issue? If it does limit the order or..hell anyone from engaging us i think it would be too strange in light of what has always been.

Why Order is limited in action against their rivals and mortal enemies for Omicrons?

What terrorists can we engage if the Terrorist and Phantom ID are gone?

And why engagement of Wilde or Nomads is described as "unlawful action"?
