As much as I dislike admitting it, I must congratulate you on your recent success in infiltrating the Gallic market with your own drug. The consequences of it were terrible for our own business: I've personally lost several customers and had contracts broken, simply because they now only want to deal "with the real deal", Cardamine. The Nox commerce isn't dying at all though, and you should not worry in the least about it: it is even expanding into Sirius now, competing against Cardamine and doing fine.
Still, on the short term, I'm losing millions, if not billions of credits because of this, which is why I'm not in a great mood. I invite you to send one of your diplomatic ambassadors to Monte Carlo station in Provence, the closest thing we have to a middle ground here in Gallia, and to what you Sirians name a Freeport, so we may discuss of the situation, potentially fix some issues, have some agreements.
In the mean time, do not expect any mercy against your convoys or your middlemen, neither in Gallia or Sirius, if we get our hands on them.

I dont know what kind of scum you are accustomed to dealing with Senor, but we do not respond well to threats. Asking us for a meeting and then in the same breath telling us you are going to kill Maltese citizens does not sit well with us. That is hardly the actions of someone wanting diplomatic relations. If you are truly interested in some sort of arrangement, you will amend your tone...'in the mean time, do not expect any mercy against your convoys or your middlemen, neither in Gallia or Sirius, if we get our hands on them.' One good turn deserves another, si?

I don't believe you understand your situation, Monsieur. Don't do something you'd awfully regret later on. I'm giving you a chance to work something out, before we decide you have no usefulness and get rid of you entirely. Either accept this proposition for a meeting, negotiate the circumstances around it, or stop wasting my time.
