Mining Ships

I just did the update to 4.86 and noticed my "hegamon" miner now has a tiny capactity of just 1200, after reading a few posts it appears it has been reduced following the update (allthough i do not understand why)

does anyone know

A) why the "hegamon" has been reduced?

&

2) are there any other mining ships new or old that have a larger capacity and can be used mainly in dublin and o7?

Nope, Hegemon is still the largest capacity general miner.
