RE: Shipping agreements
Dear board of directors,
I assume you are not interested in talking business with us.
It is unfortunate, we will look for other ways to supply Kusari then.
Should you however change your mind and wish to negotiate, please send us a proposition.
Konnichiwa, honorable Director of Commerce for Daumann Heavy Construction!
I must apologise for the late respond, our CEO is really busy these days, so this transmission somehow got lost. I am Etsuya Nishioka and responsible for our operations within the Sigma 19 System. As you may or may not know, we have a cooperations with the Gas Miners Guild in this system and therefore have the permission for our own mining operations.
For the time being you can contact our miners in the Sigma-19 system and they shall grant you a special price for our Helium 3 until we settled a real contract, if you wish to have a Helium 3 contract.
Now, before we can speak about the goods you have to offer, I want to ask you, if this contract is still a valid contract for your corporation.
We have off course recognition of the contract both of our cooperations were about to sign.
It is regretted that your CEO never got to signing it, even though each and every member of our board fully understand to why.
We were wondering if you were interested in signing it officially this time.
We would like to offer uncut diamonds for a prize of 3500 credits per unit.
We have also come to the understanding that the current Kusari market is interested in the supply of cobalt of copper, even more so then ever.
Therefor we would like to add the purchase of cobalt and copper to 3000 credits per unit.
These offers are off course negotiable, but we think these prices are fair. Yet as we are no shipping company, we have limited knowledge of the safety en route to Kusari House space from Rheinland house space. It is not our intention of keeping your ships away because it isn't profitable enough.
We off course have many more products which we would also like to offer to you and your employees.I have added our latest model of catalog as an attachment in which you can view all our products. If you read it closely you will see that we can make contract based on your house economy, so that all our products can be profitable for the Kusari market.
It is off course no secret that none of our products are to be intended for shipping to the Libertonian market.
We hope yo hear from you again as we do have great interest in signing this contract this time officially.
Most sincerely,
Carl Lieberg,
Director of Commerce for Daumann Heave Construction
Konnichiwa, honorable Director of Commerce for Daumann Heavy Construction!
Arigato for the fast respond to my message. Hai we are interested in such a agreement.
We understand that the market price of uncut diamonds have changed since our last contract attempt, so we are willing to pay more than originally negotiated.
Therefore, I would like to suggest a price of 3350 per uncut diamond. Of course that is still negotiable.
For the other goods you offered us we would suggest a small change.
As the market value of Cobalt in Kusari is higher than the value of Copper we would like to also reflect that in the price you offered us.
What do you think if we lower the price of Copper to 2900 and the price of Cobalt to 2980 credits per unit.
Moreover, you would stay under the protection of Kishiro Technologies while your ships stay in Kusari aswell as during the mining operations in Rheinland.
If you accept these changes, then I will personally pass this contract to our CEO so he can sign it.
I am looking forward to your answer.

Guten Tag mein Herr, Nishioka
The price you suggest are rather sharp, we would like for our company to get a greater market share thus therefor we
If we are to agree to this prices, we would feel it to be needed that Kishiro would commit to the following:
Kishiro will only buy cobalt, copper and uncut Diamonds from Daumann eployees
Kishiro will purchase a minimum quantity of 10.000 units each month
Kishiro and Daumann will also reach a same sharp price over Helium-3
The prize for Helium-3 is negotiable, but I would suggest that it would also be less then 45% of our Rheinland purchase prize. That would put it at about 2150 per unit. This will be used to supply our own fleet with a steady income of H-fuel if we ever acquire a stake in the refining process.
I think you will find that these demands are more then reasonable, seeing as these prizes are below the standard price of unrefined ore.
We would like to hear what Kishiro thinks of this.
Kind Regards,
Carl Lieberg

Konnichiwa, honorable Director of Commerce for Daumann Heavy Construction!
I have to excuse the delay, but I first had to discuss this matter with our CEO. We have come to the following conclusion.
This is the base form of the contract, we can of course still change certain things before signing the contract.
Quote:Mining Contract
With this contract the two companies Kishiro Technologies (hereinafter referred to as Kishiro) and the Daumann Heavy Construction (hereinafter referred to as DHC) agree to following terms.
DHC will supply Kishiro Transports and Freighters with Cobalt Ore, Copper Ore, Uncut Diamonds and Aluminium Ore. Kishiro will supply DHC Transports and Freighters with Helium 3.
The following amounts of credits are based upon their best selling location in Kusari or Rheinland.
Kishiro will pay:
3350 (37,8%) Credits per unit Uncut Diamond
2900 (37,3%) Credits per unit Copper Ore
2980 (37,6%) Credits per unit Cobalt Ore
2016 (40,0%) Credits per unit Aluminium Ore
DHC will pay:
1920 (40,0%) Credits per unit Helium 3
The above mentioned goods are to be sold only in and at Rheinland or Kusari facilities. Liberty, Bretonia and Gallia are excluded from this contract.
Kishiro has to:
Prefer DHC as main supplier of Uncut Diamond, Copper Ore, Cobalt Ore and Aluminium Ore (DHC has a pre-emption right)
Buy 4 000 units of Uncut Diamond, Copper Ore, Cobalt Ore and Aluminium Ore per month.
Supply DHC with Helium 3, if possible.
Defend DHC vessels within Kusari space, and during the mining operations in Sigma 19 and Rheinland (Munich, Omegas and Koeln), if nearby.
DHC has to:
Prefer Kishiro as main supplier of Helium 3 (Kishiro has a pre-emption right)
Buy 16 000 units of Helium 3 per month.
Supply Kishiro with Uncut Diamond, Copper Ore, Cobalt Ore and Aluminium Ore, if possible.
Defend Kishiro vessels within Rheinland space, and during the mining operations in Sigma 19 and the Omega Systems, if nearby.
If any of those terms are broken both companies have the right to void the contract.

Guten Tag mein Herr Nishioka
We at Daumann think that this is a fair and well written contract, yet we ask you to take the following items into account:
A )Our traders generally have normal round numbers of cash available in their transport therefor we would like you to change the Helium-3 price to the following.
DHC will pay:
1900 (40,0%) Credits per unit Helium 3
B) Unlike the great Kishiro, we are more a mining and constructing company then we are a hauling company. The number of trading ships at our disposal is limited. We would like to have the minimum amount of Helium-3 purchased a month by DHC employees to 10.000 units.
We will however do our best to always try to gather more, but we fear it may not be possible.
C) We are very committed to making this deal a long and lasting one, therefor we would like it if there was a punishment attached to the breaking of this contract, unless it can be done with mutual consent. We were thinking of a symbolical 25 million credits. This is naturally to be justified by indisputable evidence.
We hope you see as to why we are proposing these changes.
Konnichiwa, honorable Director of Commerce for Daumann Heavy Construction!
I discussed this matter with the CEO of Kishiro Technologies.
We will agree to A) and B) if we lower the price of Aluminium ore to:
Quote:2000 Credits per unit Aluminium Ore
We however would like to have this contract more trust based. So we disagree with the fines you have suggested. We have the opinion that a long term contract can only be established with trust and not with fines, regardless of which amount. I hope we can agree to that.
I am looking forward to your answer.
