Unless they've been written under a different name... I don't see a like/dislike bar for factions like the IDF? I was going to land on a station owned by it, and seeing no rep with them, thought they would end up at least neutral. The station was in utter hatred and almost killed me. So without being able to see them on my rep list, how am I to know when I've been able to fix that somehow?
Same for Royal Navy Police - totally furious at me, and yet I found a place that offered a rep hack. Even after taking it, there was no listing for them in the rep list. What are they supposed to be under?
So until you meet an NPC, not an outpost of their's, it won't appear? Ug. I just spent a fortune to adjust rep with them and nothing shows up yet. Guess next time I'm in that system I'll go near the station to see what happens.

That's right, you have to meet an NPC. This can be in space, or in a bar.
