bribe IMG

i have a transport which is nearly red with IMG,meaning it is whitebut very close to red and it wont allow me to dock on any img bases,it says acces denied.where can i get a IMG bribe on a base that doesnt belong to IMG?

Various bases offer such bribes. You can try Kensington for instance. Freeport 1 might also offer IMG bribes.
