Yes, and all other NPCs at all new bases have different base names and rumors. Adding new names and unique NPCs is just too much.
I wonder what name I should use... German Nurnberg or English Nuremberg.
Remember that this must be done for dozens of other NPCs from all new bases. And not only changed, but added - cause editing existing infocards cannot be done in this case, or Stuttgart bartender name will also change.
Well, if someone here wants to mess with infocards and awful mbases.ini file, you are most welcome - I'd better stay away for now.
And Dab - I wonder how you make new bases if you are not copying existing NPCs.
Well there is a reason my systems aren't done yet and in this new version.... Mainly because of NPC on bases and news and that stuff. I make custom NPCs only.
My plan on making a system is to create planets, then bases, then tradelanes, then asteroid fields, pop zones, then go and mess with the commodities, equipment, ships, NPCs etc... I've found that to be most productive order in which to make the system.
If that's not too much for you - you are welcome. And most productive way should be drawing a system on paper before you go into FL Explorer and just place all objects where they should be. Placing is only 1% of work though.
P.S. Seems that everyone either stopped testing or just test and don't find any flaws. As latter is impossible, my only choice is to make 3rd beta with minimal changes, install it to main server and (if it won't require a wipe) wait for more bug reports. Still I guess that many will wait until after release to report bugs... that usually happened before and will happen this time.

And something more Dab (it's offtopic, but still)... to create any infocards, you need some kind of 'numeric area' that won't overlap with other Discovery infocards. For example, 509000-510000, as long as most new Discovery infocards use 500000+ numbers. And it's better that you start from clear DLL without messing with original discovery.dll - that is, if you won't trust me with adding all infocards.
Not really a bug but something's happened to the Nomad battleship turret view. The camera is now way too close to the ship. It was OK before...
