since the nerf is ID based, you will experience a nerf though.



in a way - you can do many funny things now:

apply for any faction, even closed ones - raise in rank, get a ship and weapons - leave the faction.... keep your stuff. - but you may become a target of that faction.

in any way - it is expected that your ingame and forum roleplay reflects your actions and decision. - and even if it does - you may be confronted with ooc anger about such behaviour.

I suppose it depends on the situation and the individual. Nerf nonwithstanding, I wouldn't assume that others will not have the same reaction as the person above me. I pretty much hold to the notion that if I see something that just doesn't make sense i.e. someone other than a Zoner in a zwhale, I'd be inclined to see it destroyed. But that's just me. It simply doesn't make sense for certain things to be patchworked in a ship. Yesterday I saw a libby gunship with an AI ID and a Junker IFF. I am still scratching my head. Why? Did the Navy get so hard up that they sell one of their most prized ships to Junkers? Or an AI? How exactly does that work? I'm sure others have examples as well. "things that make you go...hmmmm"

So if you find yourself being harrassed in game over your ship or kit... ask yourself... does this make sense?

You can have any ship/ID combination as long as the ship fits within your ID's rules about what types of ships you can use.

There are no longer rule consequences but there are RP 'consequences' for stealing tech without requesting

Pretty sure you can't just outright attack them--they'll have to have a bounty placed on them.

And then Zoners still won't be able to attack them, since Zoners can't fulfill bounties.

Oh the ID is currently under modification and I don't need a bounty contract. You think you steal tech and everybody will leave happily ? Said that to LN I'm sure they are very happy with all the : We stole It from Liberty.
