Hello I am not new to the forum I have had another account before but I've never hade a real signature... does anyone know how I can make a really cool one or where I can have onemade for me?

Depends who makes it. But for ~25 Millions you can get one.

Can range from 50-200 million. Depends who makes it and sometimes if it uses special renders or animations.

I use GIMP, the pros use photoshop. Just ask around for a sig in the media request section and someone will offer to make you one.
