The server should have an hour when all traders can't be pirated?

In order to restrict the many abusive piracy demands that i encountered these days (demanding over half of my cargo wich means 30 mills), i've camed up with this idea.

The server admins should pick an hour when all traders can't be pirated by anyone. This hour should be changed periodically to cover all types of world locations and every player/pirate will be happy.

This is the most popular Freelancer Server and the main activity should concentrate on the war between houses not the piracy activity. Most of the pirates are a very skilled pilots and the server kinda loose them in big fights because they are occupied pirating transports.

Yeah, it would be cool BUT during that hour everybody would just powertrade and not RP. During this hour there would be no point in being a pirate cuz you can't pirate anyways and there wouldn't be any point in escorts or piracy all in all cuz everybody would powertrade for that hour(lagfest) and then just wait till the next safe hour.

If you feel that a piracy demand is actually abusive, then file a rules violation report.

Hint: A piracy demand is not abusive unless it exceeds the value of your cargo by several orders of magnitude or (if empty) is more than a few million.

Demanding you drop half your cargo is a perfectly fine demand. I would've demanded you drop all of it.
