Thank you for your forth coming gifts to DSE), they will become fundamental
in the brace against any aggression that may come from the Gallic systems.
I must apologize for stepping in on this transmission, I am doing this on behalf
of Jess Doe as this answer needs to come from the top.
I am sorry to say that my thanks and hospitality are all I can particularly offer you
right now, as I sincerely do not have the means to allow any foreign capital ships
into Liberty. As esteemed as I may be, I have no sway on the Government to break
their rules entirely on our behalf. We were granted allowances for the smaller
craft on special exemption for the benefit of Liberty.
However I implore you to address the Department of Defence and seek exemption
for your craft yourself, and we may be able to vouch for you. If granted, you are
most certainly welcome on our Baltimore Shipyard, and our planet Pittsburgh, in
which you may have already become accustomed.
But on that note, we do have a smaller station out of Liberty we can welcome you
too, however this is a classified base, and does not constitute within the boundaries
of Liberty so will make you susceptible to unfriendly attention. You are welcome to
moor on Fosters Base, in the Cassini system. Just beware of the Rogues, the nebula
full of large dangerous asteroids and a place they call 'The Nonsense Factory'.
It looks like a scrap heap, but I can assure you some of the deadliest Rogue ships
come from there. If you're feeling lucky, examine it for yourself. You'll marvel at
the ingenuity.
If there are any other questions, feel free to contact me.
**I am curious onto the progress onto which the past months in which we have begun our little endeavor**
**I will be returning back to the frontlines within the time of a week, despite enjoying the humble comforts that Les Liberty has to offer, so hopefully we shall see what can be gained**

Monsieur Felanis,
Please receive our most sincere apologies for the delay on the transmission.
I've been asked to inform you that Mr. and Mrs. Doe are on their way now to meet you.
I hope your way to our facilities was safe, those Rogues can be a hazard if provoked.
Like always, I would like to remind you that we're glad to make business with you.
Don't hesitate in contacting us for any additional issue.
Best Regards,
