The Gaians probably aren't a big enough threat to warrant being placed on the bounty board. Plus, I believe some intellectuals on Planet Cambridge actually sympathize with their ideals, although probably not their methods.

The Gaians, PC & NPC alike are still Bretonian enemies. There is one guy on Islay that says he has half a mind to side w/ the bretonians against Gallia, but that's the same smarmy, untrustworthy bastich that offers an outcast bribe, so his opinion holds water like a spaghetti strainer
