It has been reported that a rather large portion of the Gallic revolutionaries are addicted to the thing (including cases of High Command members), and that some of them now need it to survive.
According to the reports the Council has made open for all of Sirius to view, abstaining one from taking Nox can be fatal.
Report on the drug show that it causes hallucinations, short term memory loss and drowsiness. Such affects would be fatal in battle and overall operations. While the honesty of the Council is admirable the effects of the drug is till dangerous to the user and those around him.
Should the Council wish special compensation a formal request can be made to the BPA and it will be brought under review.
Until such time the Council should avoid bringing Nox into Bretonian space.
