My nephew, Jaimie Santacana, that used to work for you, mentioned about your capabilities in both R&D as well as engineering.
I am in need of two services that I think you could provide me with.
First is researching a new type of armour plating for FP-9 and Corfu bases.
Second is performing a day-to-day repairs on those stations - monthly contracts.
Please, let me know if you're interested.
If so, I will give you more details on both services.

Well hello there.
You've come to the right place, we can indeed offer you those exact services. We have some experience with R&D concerning more "military" tech, but I'd have to hit up the research division on more exact details, however I have been told that we can provide you with any research services regarding your request for improving your armor plating.
As for your second request, I would need to hear more specifics, what kind of "day-to-day maintenance" would be required? But I'm sure we could do anything required, as long as it's not incredibly complex. And even then maybe, but as i said, i would like to know some more specifics regarding the request.
Lastly, i would like to ask what the payment would be for the services. We can be very adaptable in this regard as we have a lot of things we still need to do, meaning if you could offer payment that would not extend to simply credits, that could be an option. However, if you prefer to deal in cold hard cash, I would like to hear an approximate number as to how much you think you would value our services.
What I need is:
In first phase, what I need is an armour upgrade for both FP-9 and Corfu. And I mean a very specific upgrade - an armour that doesn't have to be very durable, but it should protect inhabitants of said stations well. You see, no one really attacks freeport itself. The usual damage is because of shooting near the station and accidental hits. The main problem I have now is that repairing thick and hard armour we have is very expensive and time-consuming. What I need is a layer on top of this base armour that would be easy to repair or replace. So acciddental fire wouldn't harm the internal layer.
The second part would be a contract for repairing the armour you installed whenever it's needed. You would probably have to keep one of your engineering crews on FP-9 and another on Corfu so they could start repairs as soon as any damage is made.
I am willing to pay 40 millions sc for preparing and installing the new armour plating. Then, I can pay up to 30 mil sc monthly for making the repairs. Those are the max prices I can pay however.

Hello Mr. Cogito
You do indeed seem to be a very reasonable man. I have contacted our boffins and they said that what you require should be simple enough. I have no idea how it works but hey, they said they can do what you need them to do. However, obviously doing so will take some time, R&D takes a while. Another concern is that we might not be able to upgrade both Freeport 9 and Corfu at the same time, as our resources are a bit strained at the moment, however, I have been assured that the upgrades should take "but a moment". It will take the scientists about a day or two to get the armor together, after which we can begin with the upgrading of Freeport 9 or Corfu base, depending on which you would like to prioritize. After either of the two bases is upgraded, we will immediately begin work on upgrading the other.
We would also be able to perform maintenance and upkeep on said armor as per your request. Your payment is very reasonable, and we gladly accept your offer.
Well, let's do it then.
I will inform other CoF leaders and Corsair leaders that you're working for me. I expect reports on progress of both - research and engineering works.
