take point in the negotiations between Kamida Assembly and IMG in my stead.
Everything I've said is subject to change, as nothing was promised by either side.

1) Agreement cancelation
IMG and Kamida Assembly reserve the right to break the agreement at any time. In addition, this
agreement will be considered void if Kamida Assembly members commit any crimes against IMG of
it's allies or if section 3 is violated.
2) Amnesty
IMG forgives you all crimes you have committed against it and it's allies and will forgive all crimes you
commit in the future. Furthermore, IMG will not put Kamida Assembly nor it's members on it's
bounty board. If members of Kamida Assembly are already on the bounty board, they will we taken
off.
3) Free travel
Kamida Assembly members must allow any and all IMG|, Gateway|, ALG| and GMG| tagged ships to
travel without questioning or stopping them.
4) Secrecy
IMG, as a lawful organization, cannot support Kamida Assembly, as a semi-lawful organization, in
public. IMG may choose a lawful side to keep this agreement a secret, even against Kamida
Assembly's or it's members interests in a situation in which a third party observes our interaction.
5) Plundering
IMG may contact Kamida Assembly and it's members and declare a ship free to plunder. This may
occur if the mentioned ship broke IMG regulations, such as ore mining and transporting.

Miss Arin is one of our newest and most enthusiast recruits, however she does neither have the authority nor the experience to represent the Guild in its foreign policy. Therefore I'd like to apologize on her behalf for the confusion that this thing caused.

Indeed your words are quite disconcerting. We were under the impression that although miss Arin was a new member of your guild that she was working along side one of your fellow Guild masters.
If you are claiming that this is not the case then I feel that our time has been wasted somewhat - although I am surprised you would have let it get this far in the proceedings without consulting either miss Arin or myself. I feel the need to point out again that the official authorities of the Guild had no knowledge of these dealings up until we were granted access to read the messages.
Judging from the messages, I understand that you are close to the Blood Dragons, an organisation which the Guild has supported substantially in the past. Do not worry, the Assembly have already grasped the concept of your ignorance to the negotiations. What I meant by my previous message was simply that our position remains unchanged.
Again we are not here in the interest of stopping knowledge, and we would be more than happy to make our intentions known, as we have nothing hide. Some files shall be uploaded shortly concerning 'who' we are, we would hope this can suffice - and if not you are more than welcome to use any external sources at your disposal. Although whether or not our group's ideology will be directly similar is all in the 'eye of the beholder'.
But indeed we owe much to the Blood Dragons, they have provided us with shelter when few others would. If they do hold your guild in high regard then it would indeed pose to us some questions of our own.

We believe that the noble Kamida house is on the correct path towards a better Kusari. The power and influence of Samura and its allies might have been diminished the last months, but they still remain a considerable and significant foe. For that reason the Independent Miners Guild shall pursue an agreement with your organisation which will be the basis for a future co-operation, should the future conditions decide it so.
The incident with the IMG convoy is considered as minor, insignificant and happened mostly because of misunderstanding. Please let me know if you are interested in our proposal. It has included the suggestions you have made as well.

Point three however, although it is clear that you have adjusted it to our prior recommendations which we appreciate, we have noticed some possible issues. With the current wording is applies that even if vessels under the IMG's banner who attempt, knowing or not, to breach our standard cargo restrictions, those either being imported into Kusari or exported out from Kusari, we cannot act.
My suggestion is that assuming ample proof can be shown that the ship was in breach of our cargo restrictions Assembly ships are allowed to ''confiscate' such prohibited items from the aforementioned ship.
We are aware that such an occasion would be rare however we simply wish to make sure that were such a mistake to be made we would be able to act.

Members of the Kamida Assembly,
I wish to inform you that we already have a well-developed co-operation with the Blood Dragons. Yet they are fully aware and acknowledging the fact that IMG supplies the House of Kusari. They do this because they understand that in a globalized environment, the antagonism between corporations and organisations like the Guild is great so if IMG ceases supplying the Kusari market with their ore, another corporation will instantly replace that gap and push IMG to extinction due to the strong antagonism. And that is of course counter-effective to their goals.
The only way to stop this, is by changing the economic system itself and that is something impossible right now. Therefore I am asking you to understand that reducing the activity of IMG transports in Kusari space by setting restrictions on their cargo will likely result in their replacement of transports working for Samura's interests while there will be no real effects on Kusari's economy.
The IMG is a true friend to both yours and Blood Dragon's struggle, yet we cannot but participate in Kusari's economy if we want to pose a threat and limit Samura's economic power. I admit that it will be very saddening to see you not agreeing with our view and insisting on your restrictions.

We have taken into account what you have said. You must understand that although we may consider the guild in some aspects to be less corrupt that other organisations we must still consider how an agreement would best pursue our goals.
Obviously we are aware that should this idea be forwarded that we would be able to focus more on other companies, who are of a more corrupt nature in Kusari. Which would indeed allow us to spare more resources, of which we are unfortunately few.
We are at 'odds and ends' so to say, since we would not wish to compromise out principles in order to go with an 'easy way out'. The only option of which we can find as a way around this would be that the Guild does what it can to limit its dealings in Kusari. Our hope would be that you are indeed less corrupt and that we might have found a lesser of two evils to atleast deal with, as we are aware that the Guild are one of the most prominent mining companies here in Kusari. Were this to be the case we would ask that you do not carry any items which go directly against our goals. This ranges from military equipment all the way to such simple supplements as 'Synth Paste', be this important or exporting these pieces of equipment to Kusari. Or can be found in the 'confiscate only Items' in one of the data files I sent you.
This would likely be only a temporary solution to the problem, since as your continued trade within Kusari continues they are left in a better position while we remain unchanged. However should you only trade in the certain items which we have mentioned then we believe that the minor damage you may do to our cause will be negligible and so could be handled in the place of taking on another corporate foe.
With regards specifically at your last comment as distressing as it may be the Assembly hope to gain an agreement which both appeals to Assembly 'and' IMG principles, yet if we betray that which we fight for we are little better than the pretender who sits on the throne currently.
