I am Daniel Artura. One of the senior members of RepEx and Kommissar within the Federal Polizei of Rheinland.
With all the problems of Rheinland the Kanzler is currently dealing with, I am hearby requesting an audience with the Chancellor to discuss several propositions being debated by the new CEO of RepEx, Veris Artura.
As of now, these plans are to deal with several problems currently hindering ze Fatherlands economy and its people, Such as the system of Koeln being behind schedule of its development, and the Unioner presence hindering Hamburg and Rheinland's integrity.
I do hope that with this notion, the Kanzler would be interested in its people finally addressing the matters of fixing part of the fallout from the Popular Revolution all those years ago and continuing to regain those lost from the calamity.

I am sure you can understand, our Kanzler is a busy man and not always available for every inquiry. I will be seeing if we can work something out with his schedule.
While I do so, I would like for you to submit an outline of what would be discussed in more detail then your previous transmission. With this information, a slot in our Kanzler's schedule might clear up.
I am aware onto such of the situation with the Kanzler and I have a small outline prepared for such.
Project Eisenbahn-
Phase One.
With the recent opening of the Koeln system, new products have begun to flow into the Rheinland market, thus creating new ventures into which to strengthen ze Fatherland to an extent. The new aluminum fields within the system can assist in the completion of the Koeln Trade Lane, allowing goods to move faster and local law enforcement the proper needs to quickly ensure safety within the system.
Phase Two.
Upon completion, Phase Two would begin, starting in New Berlin. I propose that with the help of Daumann Construction, we begin to attempt the construction and/or retrofit of the current lane system to improve traffic performance. This project at our current productivity due to the war effort would take approximately 3 years to complete, entailing the full salvage of the current lanes, one section at a time, which would begin the hiring of approximately 1.3 million new workers, and the rehiring of another 1.9 million from across the New Berlin sector alone with the conjoining efforts of the project.
Project Leicht-
Republican Shipping. One of the cornerstones of the Popular Revolution. A mistake that should not have been made due to the greed of the company at that time, one which may repeat should the war with Liberty end. Such an event would fuel the fires from the blaze currently enstanding with the Red Hessians, LWB, and current groups set out into an inferno which would end the current house of Rheinland as we know it. Project Leicht takes in part of three phases, the first two which would with proper planning and such, cut the problems we currently face within the divisions of the Unioners and LWB. Hopefully onto such, even reclaim the men and women that were wronged those many years ago. Onto that degree of nature, I cannot disclose the details of such with this message.
I do trust that at the notion of the set guidelines, that an audience with the Kanzler be permitted and the plans and ideas from which our new CEO Veris Artura, may turn our great house into a new age for its people and therefor set new standards in which all other houses may only dream of being able to compete with.
