Kai.Dressel has been sanctioned for:

Server Rule 1.2 Server administrators will impose sanctions on players for violating server rules and for any actions that harm server gameplay.

Consequences:
It is the responsibility of the player to know who is on their ignore list. The player you tried to rp with, and eventually destroyed, was unable to respond to you because you had him muted. He wanted an opportunity to talk his way out of the encounter with you, but he was never given the chance. Guns taken from your ship.
