Encryption:High, inner IMG communication links, for IMG Guildmasters eyes only. Location:Cruiser Ares, Falkland base Source ID: Lt. Commander Vityaz Hunt Subject:Asking for a refuge
Good day, Guild Masters. Long time no see. It is Vityaz Hunt, Commander of the Colonial Thanatos class cruiser and ex-Enforcer of the former EDG Enterprise. I bet you already know about the breakdown of Colonial Republic's Government. Due to the ongoing chaos and absolute absence of Central Command, me and my crew decided to take a refuge at one of your bases in a Tau region, since it's very well known to us.
What we're asking for, is a shelter, supplies, spare parts and permission to dock at your bases till things settle down. And I hope they will, eventually. In a return, me and my crew are ready to support IMG operations in the region, like in old good times. Just, take into account that our ship will be running at about 75% efficiency due to the lack of proper maintenance and spare parts.
As for the frog eaters, we'll definitely do our best not to irritate and provoke them. And we will remove Colonial IFF codes from our vessel as well, although that won't really change much, I guess. They remember Thanatos class cruisers too well.
P.S. I do not have information on the other CR commanders and their crews, but I think there's a chance some of them might follow my steps as well. Just in case.
The recent upheaval in the Colonial Republic has us worried, in the Guild, however these matters are largely internal. To my knowledge, the Republic maintains a single carrier in the northern Tau systems still, the carrier Hades, which has taken position somewhere inside the Tau 39 nebula. We still supply the forces there from Java base and the Jakarta facility. Would that not be a more suitable place to rally until this situation can be cleared up? With the absence of Central Command, I would imagine the Hades would welcome some support... The Gallic forces thus far have not shown too much of an interest in Tau-39, so it should be safe for you to be there.
Besides, the Gallic Navy is already aware of the fact that we had a small number of Colonial vessels among our ranks, mostly ships that were unable to make the journey and were left behind at Singapore during the evacuation of Tau 44. With a small alteration to your ident, your own vessel shouldn't draw too much attention. If you wish, you may send word to other vessels who need a similar refuge, on the condition that you will at least try to keep your presence low-key.
With any luck all this upset will be over soon.
Regards,
- Johnathan Sanders

Wide awake in a world that sleeps, enduring thoughts, enduring scenes. The knowledge of what is yet to come.
From a time when all seems lost, from a dead man to a world, without restraint, unafraid and free.
Mostly retired Discovery member. May still visit from time to time.
So, Hades' alive and kicking, and is still getting your supplies? Good to know, we didn't get much info about them for a while, when all the hell broke loose.
We'll do our best not to cause any trouble to the Guild during our stay, and will take few measures to cover our identity. Won't be too hard to portray this vessel as assembled from a scrapyard, with the lack of spare parts we experience.
For the meantime, I will operate under the name of... Roland Jenkins, an independent miner. Lets hope all this chaos will be over soon.
Thank you for your invaluable support,
Vityaz out.
Good day gentlemen, Lt. Commander Anthony Ortiz here, Commander of the Colonial Cruiser Deimos, and ex-Protector of the former EDG Enterprise. The recent problems in the Colonial leadership has us worried, and even more short on supplies than we were before.
It is most excellent that you have found a place of sanctuary during this turmoil Vityaz. In regards to that, we will follow suit and rendezvous at your location. We can discuss our plans of action more upon my arrival, Ortiz out.
