I, Mara Arin of the Independent Miners Guild, part of the Research and Exploration division, would like to request the following goods from the Zoner organization known as the „Pheonix“. These goods are to be delivered with outmost discretion to the Jakarta Orbital Facility located in the Tau 39 where they will be used for repair of the ships docked there. Because Tau 39 is a home system to many facilities, trespassers are shot down immediately unless being escorted or given permission. In order not to let such thing happen, we will allow the ships of your choosing to pass through our automated defenses consisting of weapon platforms and drones. Those ships only need to be in a good standing with the IMG to pass once we input the ship names. Right before the delivery of listed goods, we ask you to make a scan of goods carried by the ships as Jakarta's cameras and scanners are not working properly due to being damaged in an Outcast attack.
For your service to science, I am ready to part with forty (30) million Sirius credits. This number was calculated by summing the top selling price of all the goods required times two. This one time supply contact was viewed and approved by Guild master Stephen Schwerdtfeger.

I've brought the commodities you wanted to Jakarta: First shipment:

Also, I was wondering something. While I travelled in the Tau, I noticed a Gallic Battleship in Tau-31 in front of Holman Outpost. I observed this battleship did not open fire on the IMG station. So I conclude IMG is in peace with Gallia. If so, I would be interested to know more about the peace treaty IMG signed with Gallic government. If such treaty exists, is there any chance you can forward me a copy of it?

The evidence you submitted align with the report Jakarta's quartermaster gave
me, we'll put the goods you delivered to good use. Please submit the account to
which you want the funds to be transferred to.
Holamn Outpost's cameras didn't see the aforementioned ship on the date of 18.
of March 819. A.S. It might be that our cameras were hacked, but we have no
evidence that might suggest such act occurred. If you have any evidence of such
ship being there, I'd appreciate if you were to submit them.
Regarding IMG's treaty with Gallia, I assure you there are none. Many of my
fellow pilots are in good standing with Gallia's Navy and Police Forces, so I
imagine some of them have a good standing with IMG too.

As I said in my other transmission, it was great to deal with you and I would be pleased to conduct more business with you in the future. Especially this scientific project we briefly talked about the last time we met. We are actually studying drugs effects on human health. Our approach is actually focused on biological effects, but it is clear that a psychological approach would generate very interesting results too. Would you be willing to participate to such project?
Regarding GRN in Tau-31 I'll try to investigate more about it in the future, but it may takes some time since it is far away from our base of operation.

Phoenix. I would be grateful if you could point me in the right direction as to
where I can find this information and give me a brief description of the project
you mentioned.
