I have been asked to forward a request on from another party. The Consortium is a movement in Kusari whom share many similar goals as the Dragons do. Because of this similarity the Consortium would like to extend the offer of an Alliance onto the Blood Dragons.

The Assembly already has had some dealings with the Consortium and have found them to be true to their goal from what we have seen.

Honourable Dragons,

From our understanding the Consortium is a group of some power which works towards a better Kusari. It works to ensure that corrupt businesses and individuals cannot control the current direction of Kusari. Their aim is to remove this current corrupt regime by force and replace by a more appropriate system of rule, once which will ensure that Kusari is ruled by a leader who has earned their title, one who seeks to take Kusari from its current plights, and restore it to its once grand stature.

From our understand they already hold some ties to the Golden Chrysanthemums. Along side this they also have agreements with the Assembly and, as you have met in the past, through the Assembly the CSA.

We believe it may be on interest to you since, their aims of removing these corrupt influences would likely also include the Samura. A group which I am sure the Dragons would like a hand is crushing if we were successful.
Once such a power was crushed changes could be implemented to make sure that such a tragedy would never befall Kusari again. I am sure the Dragons would wish to see Kusari have it's true place of honour.
