SUB: Opening of Diplomatic Agreements
<::We bid you well, Honorable Shogun. We received the message of intent that you wish to open formal diplomatic negotiations. This is our intent as well. We and the Blood Dragons have mutual interests in Kusari and co-operation and friendship is the best, perhaps only, way of achieving this.
<::To explain whom we are; the Consortium was founded long ago during the Tau Conflict to help stop Kusari's invasion from within. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we were forced to suspend our war effort and disperse our fleets. Now, however, we have returned with a new intent; to reign in Samura and Kishiro's influence, put a new 'proper' Emperor on the throne, and create a strong, united Kusari to help fight off emerging threats like Gallia and the ones you call Nomads.
<::These goals are highly similar to those of the Blood Dragons, though our methods and strategies may differ. We were around in times past; during the era where the NovaPG and Hedeyoshi Guard split and formed the Rising Sons movement. We fought together then as brothers in arms and such should not be forgotten.
<::Once more, we offer an alliance and agreement; as a token of goodwill, we have several supply shipments of food, medical supplies, and advanced weapons are willing to share with the Dragons. We can also provide logistical support and further supplies should you be willing to negotiate transit and docking rights on your bases.
<::Please feel free to respond over these secure channels with anything else you wish to know so we can come to a mutual understanding.
<::May each spring cherry blossom represent a blessing for you~
[font=Century Gothic]I am actually looking forward to see Sum Gok Li sharing his experience on the past 'deal' between the Rising Sons and your Consortium. Once he is done, I will carry on with my questions.
Remember, NovaPG and Hideyoshi's Guard are long gone and the Rising Sons have suffered enough changes by this time. Whether it can be forgotten or not will be decision of the new Shogunate.
