Liberty Fleet Command,

I would like to report a violation of standing orders with respect to the ****** system.

While on patrol in the New York system, I was contacted by a "Cadet_Sheridan", a Zoner law enforcement officer from what I can tell. He requested permission to enter ****** so that he could take a shortcut to the Omicrons, to which I replied that I was not able to authorize him and that such access is not allowed. He then broadcast an open communication requesting that someone authorize him(he had previously attempted to gain permission from LPI Officer Virgil Samms). Concerned that Cadet Sheridan would persist in his dangerious request, I contacted his superior, a "Judge_Douglas" to ask him to rein in his subordinate. (Visual file attached)

Now to the point of violation I refer to. Judge Douglas communicated to me that the officers of the "LNS-Canada" had granted Cadet Sheridan permission to access and transit through ****** to the Omicrons. (Visual file attached)

I responded that permission is only granted by Primary Fleet Command, and that such permissions were reserved to them. (Visual record attached)

I was able to make a report to Captain Rachel Baker while I was on patrol, who directed me to pass this report along to you. My primary concern is not necessarily that ****** space was violated by non-Liberty Navy personnel, but that Liberty Navy personnel granted access when not authorized to do so in the first place. While just a Warrant Officer in the secondary fleets, I fully support the authority of Fleet Command and the requisite chain of command that flow from it. In granting access to ******, the officers of the L.N.S. Canada violated that chain of command and put the security of Liberty in peril. I make no recommendations, it's not my place, but merely make my report to best serve in the interests of Liberty and the security of her systems.

Respectfully,

Warrant Officer Alan Polstari
