You can't get Phantom ID or ships unless you get the Phantom IFF.

Only ADMINS can give you this , so you need permission from them first.

And i think Phantoms also do have a special RP like Nomads do , so you will need to learn that too before you launch into a Phantom ship.

Partialy true, Phantoms are gone, so you have no chance of getting it, unless you want to like, ressurect the faction, which I'm not sure admins will even allow.
