To: The Council High Command
From: Emperor in Exile Jien Kogen of Kusari
Konnichiwa.
It has been some time since I first heard of the existence of your orginization, but with the current situation as it is, I felt the need to contact you was more important than before. We Exiles are in the fight of our lives against the Gallic Royalist Forces in Bretonia and the Taus, and we have found ourselves in dire straights. As it is your orginization that has the most experience in dealing with these Royalist bastards, my high command and I felt that your orginization might be in the best position to help us in our fight against the Royalists. We would like to meet to discuss tactics, but more importantly to share intelligence. It is you who have fought against them for so long, so it is you who would have the most accurate intelligence on how they operate and the most effective ways to hamper thier operations and defeat them. I invite your representatives to meet with myself and my high command on the Battleship Yamaguchi in the Newcastle system to discuss this matter further.

Bonjour.
Even if you haven't heard much about us, you still know the most important thing of our organization, that we are fighting the Royalists for a long time. You are right. During the conflict, or let us rather say war, we have collected a lot of information on how the Royalists fight on the field. With these valuable information we were able to push the Royalists back for quite a long time, with solely a few vessels. They have huge numbers, even better equipped ships than any other available ship on the market, but they lack some sort of tactic on the field.
Anyway. Rest assured, the Council will assist your forces on the field against the Royalists whenever and wherever they can.
About a possible meeting in Newcastle. I will see if I can appoint a few representatives to meet you in Newcastle at Battleship Yamaguchi. They will contact you on this channel as soon as they are ready to. Meanwhile I will see if I can find some free time to attend the meeting, too.
That is all for now. You will hear from us regarding the meeting.
