1: first time that i got sancitoned for something (it wasnt F1)
2: i was moveing to sigma to pick up the cap 8 (seller was afraid to be shot by someone that want the cau 8 he got 2x cap 8 for sale)
3: i lost connection cuz electricity was gone for 92 min
4: after i joined there was no RNC player online to interact the same situation
5: since when does F1 cause the drop of an Cap Level (i didnt got the armor when the RNC was on radar so hard to understand) ive seen other ppl got the same sanction but just got warned...

When you log into the server, you agree to play by the same rules as everyone else. You are a part of the RP environment, and are subject to whatever interaction occurs as such, even if your ultimate goal is to just make it to the sigmas for some armor. Six years or six months, everyone has the same rule set. Penalties for F1s have rarely, if ever, been simply warnings. We hit those hard because they're generally the user just deciding the situation he finds himself in is no longer to his liking. Even if you were just running an errand, you're still a part of the same environment as everyone else.
You were in an RP situation that led to an engagement. We have evidence that shows you disconnected during that engagement. No notice on the forums, no Disconnect thread post, no nothing from your end except for a line of text in game in Rheinland space that you're not interested in a fight, and then you disconnecting right after. Even a simple "Hey, sorry, internet/power went out, apologies to the guys I was interacting with" would have sufficed. The evidence we have indicates an F1, and we had enough administrators agree to process this sanction as above.
The reason I knocked off a chunk of your armor as opposed to taking something else, however, was because you didn't have enough credits on the ship to cover the penalty. You're not the first person who has been subject to such a hit, however, and I know it hurts. A lot. It's supposed to.
the problem i dont used F1 in my discovery playtime & never will cuz it sucks iam an rp myself try hard to do so ive seen alot of ppl that F1 before you try to communicate with him.
first i tryed to avoid an fight by communication then i tryed to run & noticed there is no JH nearby tryed to communicate again mybe they let me off ..... zzzt power off yes my fault i could post in discconection post forgot it or was lazy dunno

worth 700k why should i use in this situation F1 ??? and get an punishment of 200~600m dont sound clever hitting dat cau 8 is even harder its a pain in the ass finding it so i got a loss of 850m for an stupid coinsidence that accured in the worst time
