Premier, I apologize for the extreme delay in responding to your message. As you may or may not know, OSI has mostly moved to Omicron-74 and taken on the burden of securing that system. This responsibility has placed a great deal of weight on myself and the other directors.

Regarding the construction of a Freeport within Coalition space, I'd like to ask exactly which sectors within Omega-52 are acceptable before I send a survey team in. I don't want any of our people stumbling into an area they shouldn't be in.

There is no excuse for the delay in this reply, all I can say is we are incredibly sorry
for the disrespect. It was most certainly not intentional or wanted.

As stated by Mr Cross, are there any restrictions on ship travel in certain sectors or specific
recommendations from your government that we may need to be aware of in the planning phase?

Granted, we will most likely play a supportive role for the planning and construction of the
Freeport. This could pertain to supply convoys and the procuring of the appropriate ships and
ship equipment to conclude the planning phase and begin the construction phase.

Of course this is all just proposition at this point.
The precise details will hopefully be discussed here or in another manner of our choosing
such as S.K.Y.P.E Channels, or a face to face meeting.
