Alright. Cool. Ok. Considered the idea for long enough already, will throw my coin on the pot.
Name's *looks up* Philip as well, though it's pronounced quite differently where I live. I'm brazilian, turning 24 this year, and although I don't get to practice my oral english skills quite often I actually write better this way (Close to a grammar Nazi myself when it comes to my own posts).
I've been roleplay since ever. It's been so long I actually can't pinpoint where it starts and where it ends. To put it bluntly, I consider role playing to hold a good grip on me, so great that I actually chose my carreer path based on it. I'm a programmer of sorts, and a long standing DM for many systems already, so when it comes to moderating groups of people I kinda have the guts to do it. My experience moderating forums, however, is quite negligible - I've come to know the how-to's and that's it.
On the personal side of things, I'm very level headed - I strive to belive that if lose my cool while having a simple discussion I have lost it already - and rarelly, if ever, I have issues admiting mistakes. Alongside that, I'm organized to the point I don't know anyone I can safelly considered more organized than me.
'Been playing freelancer since the start and in-and-out of discovery for the past two or three years, my recent activity has quite spiked as I refound my lost love for this game.
I'd like to believe that such a chance to help would make me stick for quite a while.
