Time is a precious relic which should not be wasted, thus I will be as brief as possible. My name is not important at this time, but for references please simply call me Eclipse. Your advertisement at this Neural Net segment piqued my interests, especially the details regarding the cloaking device, which tool is one the most needed possessions to me in this vast universe. I believe you would like to know more details about my person, what you probably need to know that for a brief period of time I worked for the Ageira Technologies, but due to difficulties with my employers not anymore. Like ever single person of my kind, I make a living by acquiring informations and selling them for good price or just simply picking up valuable materials at the right time and place, and doing the same as I do with informations. The cloaking device would be helpful with my everyday living and I imagine it must not be very cheap, probably worth millions of credits if not more. I do not know of its exact price, but for a start I am willing to pay roughly 35 million in credits, and/or providing some extra service if needed so. Of course I am all up for bargaining over the price as any decent customer in Sirius, however you might understand that my purse has its limits and I'd prefer an affordable deal for this very useful device. Therefore, I'd like to hear your offer and see what I can do about it

The thing is Mr. Eclipse, the cloaking device you saw, is a way more expensive project, designed for capital ships and heavy transports. The materials it needs to construct it are many and rare not to mention it's a prototype. Although I must say, you sound skilled and know your way around high level technology if you indeed were working for Ageira.
I'd like you to tell me your ship's model so we can see if there's something to be done to fit you.
I am currently flying a light fighter categoried vessel, however soon I would pick up a more energy efficient and presumably more cloaking-friendly very heavy fighter of the more agile kinds. If it's for a very heavy fighter, it's a whole different matter. Those are probably the easiest models to produce but their efficiency right now isn't the best. For 25.000.000 SC we can cover the basic materials we'll need for the device however, with the shortage of Nomad material due to high demands these days it might be impossible to create one for you any time soon unless of course you get 5 Nomad fighter remains, 2 Nomad minor brains and 1 Nomad major brain. If you can collect those we can begin the construction.
I see, that means I have to dig into the case of these "Nomads" if I want to hasten things up, which could also take a while considering my lack of experiences with them. Better late than never though, so I will look into the matter if I manage to handle securing enough free time for myself. I will contact you if I managed to do something about these space critters, and I am requesting you to do the same in the case you and your men make a progress earlier than me
