USI Banner Transmission Bars And A seal

Here is a list of what I need :

• A Banner
  
  
  It needs to have the current logo of USI. It needs to have the line " Business to the new Heights". I need it look Nice and Simple. Don't put too much effects on it.
  
  
  
• A Transmission Bar set
  
  
  Things needed in the TB? I have no Idea. Just use your creativity please. I just want it be Simple yet beautiful.

  Example? Look at the DSE president seal. We need a seal like that with USI logo and Wording around it as " Board of Directors of USI " .</strike>

We are looking for something more smaller but of same length. If you want take a look at PFI's comm Banner.

The first one seems nice. Adjust the colours and font style.

Try using Bank Gothic MT fonts. They look more classic. yeah they are COD 4 fonts. Remove the "Business to the new heights"
