INCOMING TRANSMISSION
ENCRYPTION: [color=red]HIGH

TO: Bretonia Government
SUBJECT: New Operations

Good day ladies and gentlemen,
This message has been sent with the reason of requesting permissions for a new metal facility within New London.

My name is Kessan Duncan chief administrator of Wallace Metal Services, independent employee of Bretonia Mining & Manufacturing. I am here with plans of opening a new metal service facility within New London to improve relationships with common miners, traders and their companies aswell for the economic improvement. Ore that will reach the facility, will be washed and delivered by various haulers to various customers. Talking about ore, there will be many various ore types and possible Scrap Metal.

With this, if the construction is allowed to begin, the facility will be placed in sector B6 of New London close enough to the Dublin Jump Gate by the name of Wallance Metal Facility, where the Dublin miners will easily reach it when in need of a quick drop off, security services for them, other traders and miners and aswell our law-enforcement officers.

For the start, the facility will have restricted access to all ships.
The reason of this is because we want to be sure that is safe for ships to dock and no reactors or generators will explode. Our best engineers will be taking tests of every compartiment the facility has and will be supervising the construction.

I thank you very much for your patience and I hope this message was good enough to convince you of our plans.

Signed,
Kessan Duncan, chief administrator and founder of Wallace Metal Facility, Wallace Metal Services Company.

Mr Duncan

We wish you well in your endeavours. Permission is granted. You will provide access to BAF, and BPA personnel, of course, so our base safety inspectors can do their jobs.

Also BIS agents must be granted access for the purpose of Crown security.

Trusting the above is sufficiently clear,

Fleet Admiral James Ralston, Minister of Defence.

Admiral James Ralston,

I want to thank you for your wishes and I accept the requests. BAF, BPA and BIS personnel will receive access to dock on the facility. The construction will begin in few days or probably one week, we are currently waiting for all our traders to return back from their routes and get prepared for new work.

I thank you once again.

Signed,
Kessan Duncan, chief administrator and founder of Wallace Metal Facility, Wallace Metal Services Company.
