Ronnie Rayburn here! I had a long talk with a Lady Kensington, I believe her name was, in a BPA tagged bretonian liner about this whole thing. I'm unable to find anything that prevents me from this. Maybe I'm simply looking in the wrong place, but I was checking the Bretonian charter of interstellar law, and I still can't find it. Before I take any actions on this matter, I'll need a clarification. I assure you that there was no ill intent behind this, and i hope we can work this out. After much discussion it has been decided that the following punishments will be meted out.
Firstly that the sum of 300 million sirius credits will be made payable to the BAf|Armoury
Secondly that permissions will be granted for BAF|and BPA| vessels to dock on this base.
Thirdly No Gallic forces will be permitted docking access on this base, should galklic vessels, including Gallic corps be seen docking or undocking from the Structure, it will be destroyed along with all hands on the charge of treason.
If you do not wish to pay the fine, the previous offer of summary destruction of the structure will be carried out. Failure to make the base available under this provision will result in a lengthy stay in Newgate Prison.

To speed up the process, I've deposited the fine on the account you specified. I've also sent you a transmission over a more secure channel, regarding some details. Here's the receipt from the cash transfer. I trust everything is in order now. I will give the ships waiting to supply my base the green light.
